How to properly determine your dog’s neck size
Measure around the center of your dog’s neck where the collar sits using a tape measure. If you do not have a tape measure, you may use this method with a piece of string and lay it next to a ruler or yardstick to get an idea of his or her neck size. There should be no room between the measuring tape and the neck, but the tape shouldn’t be pulled around so tightly that it’s choking your pet. Add 2 inches to the measurement to determine your dog’s neck size.

Mirage Pet Products got it’s origins in El Monte, California in 1957 at a belt factory. A belt customer brought in a dog collar and requested that the belt factory add some crystals. The rest is pet industry history. Six generations of family have helped make Mirage Pet Products what it is today. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship nation wide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to 50 states. However, there are some locations fulfillment make take longer (eg: Alaska/Hawaii). If you happen to be located in one of the effected areas we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
